Subeera Singh

CEO

Our CEO, Ms. Subeera Singh is a seasoned business professional with over 19 years of professional experience. She has managed several mission critical Federal, State and Local Government programs.

She has expertise in areas of strategy development, technology transformation, data management, program planning and delivery, change management and business transformation.

Ms. Singh is a PMI certified PMP professional. In addition, she holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering along with Masters in Information Systems from George Mason University (GMU).

Rahul Kaul

President & MD

Our President, Mr. Rahul Kaul has over 22 years of technology transformation and management consulting expertise across both Federal and Commercial sector.He has advised several Fortune 50 companies on their strategic business and digital transformation initiatives.

He is highly skilled in strategy and technology advisory and has helped organizations leadership develop and utilize technology as a strategic differentiator. Rahul brings a diverse industry experience to the Federal Sector.

Rahul is a PMI certified PMP professional. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, along with masters from Penn State. He also holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
